Abstract: Student learning process is an important part of education, teaching and management in colleges and universities, and it plays the function of diagnosis, feedback, improvement and strengthening to the student process, the elements of the student learning process evaluation system include seven first-level indexes: the individuality of learning goal, the individuality of learning content, the individuality of learning analysis, the degree of learning coupling, the autonomy of learning process, the creativity of learning process, and the degree of investment in learning process. The individualization of learning process includes 3 secondary indicators, such as curriculum goal, academic goal and career goal. The individualization of learning content includes curriculum learning, professional skill learning, comprehensive quality and quality development, etc.. The individualization of learning analysis includes 3 secondary indexes, such as learning habit, learning ability and learning path. The coupling degree of learning includes 4 secondary indexes, such as the degree of personality, the degree of Foundation, the degree of intelligence and the degree of cognitive style. The autonomy of the learning process includes 3 secondary indicators: autonomous learning design, self-monitoring, self-reflection and management. The creativity of learning process includes 4 secondary indexes, such as the broadness of learning path, the novelty of learning way, the independence of learning thinking and the flexibility of learning creativity. The degree of investment in learning process includes 3 secondary indexes, such as learning motivation, learning time investment and learning effort. By analyzing the index elements of students' learning process, this paper combines self-evaluation with other-evaluation to evaluate the index. This plays an important role in teaching reform.

Abstract: Under the background of continuous development of economic digitalization, with the continuous emergence of new Internet application tools, in view of various negative views and practices on the development of e-mail application in the current society and college teaching level, comprehensively and systematically analyze the evolution logic of e-mail development, correctly recognize the important role of e-mail application in the transformation and upgrading of digital economy, and serve the construction of China's digital power. Based on the literature, this paper uses historical analysis, observation, quantitative analysis, empirical analysis, and survey methods to explain the development process and evolution characteristics of e-mail applications from a historical perspective, comprehensively and systematically analyze the main mechanism of e-mail industry development from the perspective of industrial competitiveness, and then discusses the development trend and challenges of e-mail application. The research results show that the e-mail application is not outdated, but deeply integrated into all aspects of social life. It is also one of the important contents of online marketing teaching in Chinese universities, remains an important part of the development of the digital economy, However, the development is facing huge challenges. Abstract: With the continuous development of the financial industry and its increasing impact on the real economy, it has become the key force to promote the growth of the real economy, and finance has become the new power source of a new round of economic growth. The rapid development of the financial industry has deepened the degree of economic financialization, increasing the impact on the growth of the real economy and the regional growth pattern. The study found that there are significant differences in the impact of economic financialization on the real economy at the three regional levels in China. The eastern economic financialization significantly promotes the growth of the real economy, while the central and western economic financialization will not have a significant impact on the real economy. At the same time, when scientific and technological innovation is taken as the threshold variable, It can be found that there are significant threshold effects and regional heterogeneity in the impact of economic financialization on the growth of regional real economy. Abstract: How to optimize the organizational structure from the perspective of technological innovation and form the dynamic ability of enterprises is a highly concerned issue of the academia and the industry. In this paper, we analyze the internal mechanism of the influence of organizational structure selection on dynamic capability from the perspective of technological innovative enterprises. This paper constructs a model of the influence of organizational structure innovation on the formation of enterprise dynamic capability based on technology innovation, Using SPSS21.0 and referring to the maturity scale of organizational structure, dynamic capability and technological innovation, 211 valid sample data are empirically tested. The results show that the change of organizational structure has a significant effect on the dynamic capability of enterprises, that is, the flat organizational structure will positively affect the absorptive capacity, integration capability and innovation capability. Organizational structure virtualization positively affects absorption capability, integration capability, and innovation capability. Technological innovation has a positive moderating effect on the positive relationship between organizational structure and dynamic capability. The research conclusion can help enterprises to attach importance to the innovation of organizational structure and technology innovation, and improve the continuous competitive advantage of enterprises.

Abstract: In order to solve the urgent demand of "Created in China" structural transformation and upgrading of China's garment industry in the new era and the increasingly sharp supply-side contradiction caused by the lack of high-quality training of high-level innovative clothing design talents, this paper provides theoretical countermeasures and path exploration. From the perspective of design science, according to the development law of modern design system, induction and analysis method are adopted to analyze the causes of our clothing design education dilemma in view of the practical "shortfalls" in three aspects of design education theory, design practice and design thinking cultivation. Based on this, results are provided: theoretical path and practical measures of fashion design education reform. Accurately positioning the talent training goal; taking the design philosophy as the guide, unifying the teaching logic of fashion design; constructing the course system of the unification of fashion design theory and practice, the Integrated use of design teaching Paradigm, exploring the integration of production and teaching mode, standardized design teaching evaluation, to achieve both teaching and learning benefits. Abstract: Marine spatial planning is an important component of territorial spatial planning, which is a means of rationally allocating marine spatial resources, promoting sustainable utilization of marine resources, and improving government administrative efficiency. Due to the late development of research on ocean spatial planning in China and the imperfect legal system of ocean spatial planning, this article discusses a series of legal issues arising from ocean spatial planning at home and abroad, and further analyzes the existing problems from a legal perspective. For example, there are low levels of public participation in ocean space planning, a lack of basic marine laws, insufficient legal supervision, and legal separation and governance between the sea and land. In terms of legislation, justice, law enforcement, and other aspects, efforts have been made to establish a complete legal system for marine spatial planning, enhance public participation and promote the full participation of stakeholders, improve the governance mechanism for administrative divisions and conflicts based on ecosystem planning, establish a legal supervision and evaluation system for marine spatial planning, establish a land-sea integrated marine ecological protection system, and propose a vision for a relatively complete legal system for marine spatial planning, I hope this study can provide decision-making reference for relevant departments.
